About the Role

The role involves working with a range of clinical environments such as operating rooms, interventional radiology, ultrasound, cardiac catheterization labs, and ambulatory surgical centers.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote new offerings to current customers and use prospecting, cold calling, and networking to win new business
- Maintain and grow customer relationships with professionalism and strong interpersonal communication
- Work with clients to apply best practices that reduce hospital-acquired infections
- Deliver excellent service, guide customers on improving patient outcomes, and act as a trusted infection prevention resource
- Use mechanical knowledge to install and repair dispensing systems and related equipment
- Demonstrate products and their usage within customer facilities
- Support environmental services teams in resolving daily operational challenges
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience in business-to-business sales
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Willingness to travel overnight when required
Preferred Experience
- History of strong sales performance, ideally in healthcare or medical sales
- Ability to manage relationships and sell in a consultative way
- Customer service mindset with solid problem-solving ability
- Self-driven approach with good planning and time management skills
- Ability to target accounts and deliver results through a structured action plan
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Outlook
