Description de l'emploi
Role overview
This position centers on precise execution, strong coordination, and attention to detail. As the Account Executive, you will assist the NZ Sales Manager with order administration, delivery follow-up, replenishment, and business planning so wholesale customers receive the right product at the right time and in the correct quantities.
You will act as an important link between Sales, Planning, Merchandising, Order Management, Distribution, Finance, and external retail partners. Through this, you will help deliver strong commercial results while supporting the premium image and operational standards of the Levi’s® brand.
Key duties
- Oversee the full order journey, from submission through to final delivery, including replenishment orders.
- Help improve delivery outcomes by supporting full and on-time order fulfilment.
- Work closely with the NZ Sales Manager on ordering, sell-through activity, and customer needs.
- Assist with go-to-market delivery by monitoring milestones, deadlines, and activities aligned to the GTM schedule.
- Develop productive relationships with major customer contacts and internal cross-functional teams.
- Enter and manage orders in SAP according to account rules, standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate pricing documents, product details, delivery timing, and goods-receipt workflows.
- Collaborate with Planning and Distribution to identify delivery challenges and support practical, customer-oriented solutions.
- Provide data, reporting, and action-focused support to the NZ Sales Manager and Sales Agents to help close gaps against sales targets.
- Produce reports and ad hoc analysis to support the wholesale business.
About you
You are well organised, commercially aware, and comfortable working with data, systems, and a range of stakeholders. You enjoy resolving issues, developing trusted relationships, and keeping operations moving smoothly behind the scenes.
You bring a strong eye for detail, a customer-first approach, and the ability to balance several priorities in a busy environment. You work well across functions and can turn information, process, and follow-through into strong results.
Experience and skills expected
- Background in sales support, account coordination, order management, or wholesale operations.
- Strong Excel skills, including confidence with data handling, reporting, and formulas.
- Experience with SAP or a comparable order management platform.
- Clear written and verbal communication ability.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and detail.
- Analytical, numerically minded, and practical in solving problems.
- Collaborative working style with the confidence to build relationships across teams and with retail partners.
- Preferably 5 or more years of relevant experience in a similar setting.
