Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales cycle from request for proposal through to finalist presentation.
  • Handle account administration duties, including financial activities such as annual renewals.
  • Resolve sensitive or unusual claims issues and manage financial decisions that fall outside standard guidelines, escalating when required.
  • Develop productive working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with service teams to make sure customer service expectations are surpassed.
  • Introduce additional products and services to consultants, plan sponsors, and service partners to improve retention.
  • Help achieve yearly targets related to sales, persistency, portfolio growth, profitability, and other business measures.

What You Bring

  • Well-developed sales and relationship-building abilities, with the drive to meet business goals.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle, as travel is required.
  • Professional designations such as C.A.A.S., GBA, or CEBS are considered an important advantage.
  • An undergraduate diploma or an equivalent qualification.

Compensation

This is a base-plus-commission opportunity. The annual base salary range for the role is $59,600 to $109,600. Other variable pay elements, including annual bonus and commission, are not included in that figure and may be discussed further during recruitment.
