About the internship
This internship is focused on supporting the hiring process from start to finish for assigned openings. You will work with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding support while helping maintain a positive experience for applicants throughout the recruitment journey.
Key responsibilities
- Support the complete recruitment workflow for assigned positions.
- Find suitable candidates using job portals, social networks, and referral channels.
- Review resumes and take initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates after interviews regarding feedback and offer updates.
- Assist with onboarding tasks and document collection.
- Help ensure a smooth and professional candidate journey across all hiring stages.
Who can apply
This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship in Jaipur, can begin between 21 June 2026 and 26 July 2026, and are available for the full 4-month duration. Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 8,000 to 11,500. The stipend structure includes fixed pay of ₹ 5,000 to 7,500 per month and incentive pay of ₹ 3,000 to 4,000 per month.

Job offer after internship
On successful conversion to a permanent role, the expected annual salary is ₹ 2,00,000 to ₹ 2,50,000.
