About the internship
Organi Botanika India Private Limited is looking for a social media marketing intern who is eager to build practical experience in digital brand promotion, Instagram growth, SEO, and content-led marketing. The brand is India’s first pH-neutral hair color and care label in the personal care space, and it offers a first-of-its-kind gray coverage solution designed for 98% of Indian women, with technology support from Singapore.
What you will do
- Help plan and execute social media campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Handle Instagram account optimization to grow, retain, and engage followers effectively.
- Support influencer collaborations and generate ideas for user-generated content.
- Create social content such as captions, visual creatives, and AI-based videos for different platforms.
- Track performance metrics, review trends, and use insights to improve results.
- Interact with followers, and reply to comments and messages in a prompt and professional way.
Who can apply
This opportunity is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship in Delhi, can begin between 2 July 2026 and 6 August 2026, and are available for a 4-month duration. Applicants should be based in Delhi and should have relevant skills and interest in social media marketing. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

The internship starts immediately once selected. The deadline to apply is 1 August 2026 at 11:59 PM. The stipend offered is INR 10,000 to 20,000 per month. The workplace follows a 5-day work week and has an informal dress code. One opening is available.
