This remote internship is centered on recruitment support and candidate coordination. You will help the hiring team manage live openings, communicate with applicants, and keep the recruitment workflow moving smoothly. The role is designed for someone who is comfortable with frequent outreach, organized tracking, and clear communication.

What you will do

• Work with internal teams to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and recruitment timelines.
• Review applications received through different sourcing channels and filter candidates using the given selection criteria.
• Support early-stage hiring tasks such as outreach to candidates, arranging interviews, and sharing follow-up updates.
• Make a high volume of calls, reaching up to 120 per day, to check candidate availability, confirm interest, and communicate interview-related updates.
• Monitor hiring progress and share regular status updates to help vacancies close on time.
• Keep candidate records accurate and well-organized in internal tools and recruitment trackers.
• Maintain a smooth candidate journey by responding professionally, promptly, and consistently throughout the process.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to applicants who can work from home, begin between 19 June 2026 and 24 July 2026, and commit to a 6-month internship. Candidates should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.

Stipend and deadline
