About the internship
This internship is designed for a motivated candidate interested in the intersection of management, business analytics, and legal work. You will gain practical exposure to communication, problem-solving, research, analytics, analytical thinking, and project coordination while contributing to meaningful business outcomes.
What you will do
- Support research and data analysis efforts that inform business decisions.
- Work with teams across functions to help plan and execute strategic initiatives.
- Assist the legal function by reviewing contracts, agreements, and related documents.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Draft reports and presentations for senior leaders on important business metrics.
- Study market movements and competitor activity to surface growth opportunities.
- Join brainstorming discussions and contribute ideas that support business expansion.
- Use AI tools in a responsible way for learning, research, documentation support, and productivity, while making sure the final output remains clear and explainable.

Compensation
The stipend is ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month. The compensation structure includes fixed pay of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month plus incentive pay of ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 per month. If converted to a permanent role, the expected salary range is ₹3,00,000 to ₹7,00,000 per year.
