Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the full onboarding journey for selected candidates, including joining formalities, document collection, and pre-joining coordination.

  • Plan and coordinate interview schedules, campus hiring activities, and end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing through selection.
  • Support induction and orientation sessions and contribute to employee engagement initiatives for both new hires and existing employees.
  • Manage the organization’s social media presence and develop content for hiring campaigns, company updates, and employer branding.
  • Draft HR communication, offer letters, employee documents, and other official correspondence as needed.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational assistance to keep HR processes running smoothly.
