This internship offers hands-on exposure to food production, packaging, and quality monitoring in a fast-moving onsite environment. You will help ensure that products are prepared, packed, labeled, and dispatched according to internal standards while maintaining accurate records and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

FarmDidi is a women-led social enterprise working to enable 1 million rural women to grow into successful food entrepreneurs. The organization has been recognized by Shark Tank India, the UN, and Wharton. It connects rural kitchens with urban households by delivering preservative-free, homemade food products made by women entrepreneurs across India.

Key responsibilities

As a QA/QC intern, your daily work will focus on production support, quality checks, and process discipline.

• Support day-to-day food production and packaging activities.
• Check product quality and ensure it aligns with company standards.
• Assist with labeling, packing, sorting, and dispatch preparation.
• Keep production logs and inventory-related documentation up to date.
• Adhere to SOPs along with safety and hygiene protocols.
• Work with the warehouse and quality teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Flag production-related issues and contribute ideas for improving processes.
• Handle raw materials and finished goods carefully during storage and movement.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 23 June 2026 and 28 July 2026, and continue for 3 months. Applicants should have relevant interest and skills for the role.

Additional requirements

• Candidates should be pursuing or have completed a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Freshers as well as applicants with prior internship experience may apply.
• A basic understanding of production, packaging, or manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational ability are important.
• Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge is preferred.

Stipend
