Role Overview
This on-site backend development internship is based in Delhi/Noida and is designed for candidates who can contribute full time for 6 months. The role begins immediately and offers hands-on exposure to building core product systems and improving backend performance.
What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js.
- Plan, structure, and optimize MySQL databases with Sequelize ORM.
- Develop backend components for hiring workflows, payment flows, user accounts, task handling, and notification systems.
- Set up secure login and access control using JWT and role-based permissions.
- Connect third-party APIs and other external services into the application.
- Troubleshoot bugs, improve responsiveness, and tune database queries for better efficiency.
- Work closely with frontend developers, designers, and founders to ship product features.
- Take part in code reviews and apply standard development practices.
- Join discussions on system architecture and upcoming feature planning.
