Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is hiring a Workforce Planning & Recruitment Coordinator to support a large-scale international sporting event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract role running from 12 July 2026 to 28 February 2027.

The position is focused on coordinating workforce planning and recruitment across several functional teams, helping ensure the project has the right people in place at the right time. Core responsibilities

  • Coordinate workforce planning activity across multiple functional areas to capture hiring priorities, resource needs, and project schedules.
  • Help maintain and deliver the workforce plan so that recruitment actions stay aligned with project milestones.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, define role expectations, and support planning for vacancies.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including candidate submission, interview coordination, feedback collection, offer handling, onboarding, and mobilisation.

  • Keep trackers, dashboards, and management reports accurate and up to date so stakeholders have clear visibility of workforce status.
