Warehouse Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Team

The Singapore Warehouse Business Intelligence team is a technically strong, operations-centered group that supports warehouse and fulfillment performance end to end. The team collaborates closely with Operations, Planning, Regional, and Product stakeholders to deliver data solutions that are accurate, scalable, and automated, helping improve inbound flow, outbound performance, inventory visibility, and fulfillment efficiency.

The team focuses on turning complex warehouse data into practical business insights so issues can be resolved faster, performance can be improved, and costs can be better controlled. Using SQL, Python, and automation tools, the team builds dependable data foundations that support both day-to-day operations and longer-term capacity planning.

What You Will Do

• Work with Warehouse Operations, Planning, and Regional teams to deliver useful insights on important warehouse indicators, including productivity, operational performance, and inventory health.
• Track and analyse operational KPIs in depth to uncover performance gaps and understand the underlying causes.
• Convert business needs from operations into structured technical solutions and scalable data processes.
• Reduce manual reporting work by automating operational reports through SQL, Python, VBA, or similar tools.
• Create and maintain dashboards and monitoring tools that keep data accurate and up to date.
• Improve the full reporting chain, from source systems such as WMS and order systems through to the end-user dashboard layer.
• Support warehouse initiatives such as process improvement, capacity planning, liquidation analysis, and cost-saving projects.
• Handle urgent ad hoc analysis to help resolve operational issues quickly and guide data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or another quantitative field.
• Strong practical experience with SQL and Python, along with solid proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Prior exposure to operations, warehousing, supply chain, or e-commerce fulfilment is strongly preferred.
• Good analytical ability and the capacity to simplify complex operational challenges.
• Careful attention to detail and a strong commitment to accurate, high-quality reporting.

This role is based in Singapore and is a full-time onsite position.
