Video Cutter / Editor (m/w/x)

About the role

Join the creative team as a video editing specialist and turn raw footage into high-impact content that stops the scroll. Your edits will combine strong storytelling, fast pacing, and compelling hooks so the first seconds immediately grab attention and drive measurable performance.

What you will do

• Edit social media ads, reels, shorts, and performance-driven content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging openings, rapid cuts, and dynamic story flow that instantly captures viewers.
• Blend footage, sound, text, and motion graphics into creative assets designed to stand out.
• Test different versions and hook ideas to improve results while working closely with the creative and performance teams.
• Deliver work quickly, in a structured way, and reliably, even when deadlines are tight.

What we are looking for

• Strong instincts for timing, storytelling, and current social media trends.
• Understanding of how to use the first few seconds so viewers keep watching instead of scrolling past.
• Careful, independent, and performance-focused working style.
• Comfortable working in a team and communicating in German; English is a plus.
• Very confident using Premiere Pro or Final Cut; After Effects is an advantage.
