Role overview
We are seeking a Vice President of Operations for a full-time remote position based in the United States. This senior leadership role is accountable for the company’s operational health across the board, with responsibility for performance, scalability, and regulatory discipline in cryptocurrency trading, merchant processing, and customer-facing functions.
What you will do
- Direct day-to-day operations so core workflows stay efficient, scalable, and compliant.
- Develop and roll out operational plans that improve execution across the business.
- Oversee budgets and financial performance, including operational P&L.
- Drive ongoing improvements in processes, tools, and systems.
- Work closely with executive leaders and cross-functional partners to keep operations aligned with company objectives.
- Support new product launches and help strengthen the customer experience.
- Build, coach, and retain strong distributed teams.
- Define key performance metrics and use them to monitor and improve results.
- Lead complex initiatives from planning through completion.
Qualifications
- Hands-on leadership experience in operations management and project management.
- Strong background in managing P&L and financial performance in a scaling business.
- Experience with strategic planning, priority-setting, and long-range execution.
- Customer-service mindset with a track record of improving support operations and satisfaction.
- Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or digital payments is a strong advantage.
- Comfort working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams and time zones.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and judgment guided by data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is beneficial.
