Compass Group USA is looking to hire Utility Support Services team members for an immediate full-time opening at the Robert Training Facility in Robert, Louisiana. This role focuses on keeping kitchen, galley, dining, and shared spaces clean, sanitary, and well organized while supporting day-to-day hospitality operations.

Work schedule and pay

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with additional schedule details shared during the interview. The pay rate for the role is $12.00 per hour.

The business supports offshore and remote land-based sites across Alaska and the Gulf of Mexico, providing food service and facility support for resident workers around the clock throughout the year. Key duties
