Role Overview

This position focuses on managing complete recruitment cycles for non-IT engineering hiring in the US market. The recruiter will handle both W2 and direct client mandates, build strong talent pipelines, and work closely with internal account managers and clients to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for non-IT engineering positions for US-based hiring needs.
• Work on W2 and direct client job orders.
• Identify suitable candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and professional networking channels.
• Review profiles, conduct initial screening, and arrange candidate interviews.
• Discuss and finalize compensation expectations with candidates.
• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective candidates.
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to clearly understand role requirements.
• Ensure submissions are made on time and positions are closed within target timelines.
