Role Overview

Black Rock Solutions INC is hiring a US IT Recruiter in Lucknow for a full-time onsite role. The position involves handling the complete recruitment cycle for US clients, with a focus on hiring IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles.

Shift: US shift, from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (night shift)

Work Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India

Requirement: Prior exposure to US IT recruitment is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates using job boards, networking platforms, and employee referrals.
• Review resumes and carry out initial screening interviews.
• Interpret client hiring needs and shortlist candidates who fit the role.
• Arrange interviews and keep both candidates and clients updated throughout the process.
• Handle salary or rate discussions and support offer closure.
• Update recruitment records, trackers, and talent databases regularly.
• Recruit across visa categories including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US citizens.

Candidate Requirements

• Hands-on experience in US IT recruitment is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Good sourcing ability and familiarity with candidate search methods are needed.
• Working knowledge of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099 is important.
• Understanding of US visa classifications is expected.
• Comfort with recruitment tools, portals, and databases is necessary.
• Must be willing to work the US night shift.

Work Schedule

This role follows a US-night schedule, running from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
