Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented US IT Recruiter to handle the complete hiring cycle for technology roles in the United States. The role involves identifying, assessing, and placing IT talent while partnering with clients and hiring managers to meet hiring needs.

Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India (Onsite)

0.3 months to 5+ years
Key Responsibilities
- Find and engage IT professionals using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networking.
- Review position requirements and match them with appropriate candidates.
- Shortlist resumes and conduct initial screening calls or video interviews.
- Assess technical background, work experience, and fit with the team or company culture.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring teams.
- Handle recruitment from start to finish for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles.
- Discuss and finalize pay, billing rates, and employment terms with candidates and stakeholders.
- Keep candidate profiles and ATS data updated and organized.
- Develop and sustain a healthy pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Follow US hiring laws and recruitment compliance requirements.
- Work toward hiring goals, quick turnaround times, and client satisfaction.
