Internship Role and Responsibilities
The telecalling intern will actively engage in daily tasks involving initiating outbound calls to prospective clients to promote the company's products or services. The intern will also be responsible for skillfully pitching offerings, handling objections, and converting leads into confirmed appointments or sales. Accurate documentation is key, requiring regular updates of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM platform. Performance metrics like daily call quotas, lead creation, and sales targets must be met or surpassed.
Eligibility Criteria
