Core responsibilities

You will help the asset management team execute its day-to-day activities and deliverables, with responsibilities spanning production reporting, financial and technical coordination, planning support, and performance monitoring.

  • Draft weekly production reports and prepare the associated weekly presentation.
  • Support the monthly processing of OPCO cash call billing to TotalEnergies.
  • Compile documentation needed for monthly Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) management control checks.
  • Review OPCO reports and combine monthly actuals and KPIs, including production, CAPEX, OPEX, and GHG emissions, for reporting to the affiliate EXCOM and headquarters.
  • Assist in preparing closure forecasts covering production, CAPEX, and OPEX.
  • Coordinate the weekly internal review of OPCO tender board submissions, maintain submission records and databases, and track follow-up actions requested by TotalEnergies.
  • Examine OPCO’s Long Term Business Plan, summarize it, and highlight differences versus the previous business plan.
  • Bring together technical inputs for the TotalEnergies Long-Term Plan and budget cycle, including slide updates.
  • Help prepare and maintain databases for cost cards tied to development projects, the long-term plan, and the annual reserves exercise.
  • Produce performance reports for projects in execution, comparing actual CAPEX and progress against plan.
  • Maintain a centralized record of all Asset Lead initiatives and contributions to OPCO.
  • Support the creation of presentation slides for Asset Lead performance meetings, sub-committees, and TCMs.
  • Drive departmental digital initiatives and support their development.
  • Act as the main contact for digital management systems used by each OPCO, such as Citrix, eBoard, and TBMS.
  • Monitor and manage automated daily and monthly production data processing.
  • Analyze data and build KPI dashboards using Power BI and Excel.

Candidate profile

The company is looking for a graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical disciplines.
