Role Overview

What You Will Do

  • Define and own the “working backwards” approach for feature-release vision and supporting documentation.
  • Spot gaps in platform capabilities and shape new initiatives to close them.
  • Bring together research findings, customer insights, usage metrics, and competitor analysis to build platform and business requirements.
  • Review competitor features to help determine release priorities.
  • Lead innovation efforts and run experiments to uncover and deliver high-impact features.
  • Work with business stakeholders to run customer research that informs platform feature planning.
  • Help shape the product portfolio and long-range roadmap for the platform.
  • Make evidence-based decisions when balancing competing platform feature needs.
  • Use runtime service data to refresh the backlog and balance enhancements against new feature development.
  • Apply strong platform-domain knowledge while coordinating with dependent teams.
  • Convert business needs, user stories, and use cases into well-defined platform features.
  • Stay closely involved with user experience design and ensure it supports platform goals.
