Role Overview
As a Team Lead reporting to the Technology Centre Manager, you will manage a small team in a structured, SLA-focused operational setting. Your role will involve both hands-on tasks and leadership duties to ensure quality standards, client commitments, and service levels are consistently met. Your team plays a key part in delivering document digitisation services that improve clients' information access, governance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and support the team in daily operational activities and fulfillment of client requirements.
- Track and ensure team performance aligns with SLAs, adhering to operational procedures and quality benchmarks.
- Serve as the initial escalation point for operational problems and client inquiries.
- Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to guarantee consistent output across the team.
- Facilitate onboarding, training, and continuous development for team members.
- Maintain precise reporting and regularly update on team performance.
- Identify process enhancements to boost efficiency and service standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery alignment.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in team support or leadership within SLA-based environments.
- Comfortable working in operational settings handling significant volumes of information or transactions.
- Strong organizational capabilities to juggle multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Skilled in coaching, training, and developing team members.
- Proficient with operational systems and reporting tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM or workflow platforms.
- An aptitude for identifying improvements in processes and enhancing operational effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
