Role overview

In this position, you will support the existing network plus client/server landscape, with a particular focus on production labeling and print processes. The role combines technical support, incident handling, and hands-on assistance across German sites and subsidiary locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support for network, client, and server infrastructure, especially in the area of production labeling and print.
• Handle service requests and incidents remotely or directly on site at German locations, as well as for subsidiaries via remote support.
• Maintain and troubleshoot labeling systems used in inner-container production and assembly lines.
• Deploy and restore the associated computer systems to ensure stable operation.
• Maintain master data and support label design tasks.
• Commission labeling systems for new production equipment and installations.
• Support users with general IT-related questions and issues.
• Contribute to projects related to production labeling and print.

Requirements and profile

• Completed IT training or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional exposure to IT in an industrial environment.
• Practical experience working with a ticketing system.
• Ability to stay organized while managing a wide range of incidents and service requests.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, including clients, servers, and networking.
• Confident use of Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills and a confident manner.
• High customer focus and service orientation.
• Good written and spoken English.
