Store Floor Associate

Role Overview

This full-time onsite position in Lipjan, District of Pristina, Kosovo is part of the market department. The role focuses on keeping the sales area stocked, orderly, and aligned with company presentation standards, while also supporting customers and store operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange, organize, and continuously replenish display areas with merchandise according to the company’s merchandising standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall order throughout the store.
• Track product expiry dates and report them appropriately.
• Ensure that price labels for items are properly displayed on the shelves.
• Provide prompt and accurate reporting to the supervisor regarding any customer complaints or requests received.
• Deliver customer service at a consistently high standard.
• Assist with cash register payments whenever support is required.
