About the Role
One&Only The Palm in Dubai is looking for a Sports Organizer to support the resort’s recreation offering and help deliver memorable guest experiences. This position sits within the resort’s sports and leisure operations and plays an important part in keeping activities running smoothly, safely, and to luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities
The Sports Organizer will oversee sports-related activity delivery across the resort, including the use and upkeep of sports facilities. The role involves making sure activity areas remain clean, orderly, and aligned with brand standards. It also includes preparing equipment for guest use and arranging buggy transportation for guests and participants when needed.
Candidate Profile
The selected candidate will report to the Recreation Manager and should bring 1 to 2 years of experience in an upscale luxury hospitality environment or a five-star hotel. A strong eye for detail, adaptability, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a genuine interest in sports are important. Excellent spoken and written English is required, and knowledge of another language is also valued. Previous experience in the Middle East or GCC region would be an added advantage.
