Role overview
This position sits within the regional Pandora team and supports talent development work across 18 markets. The team is focused on strengthening engagement, improving performance, and delivering learning solutions for a globally distributed workforce. The role combines program coordination, learning design, and facilitation, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration. English is the main working language.
The wider organization is part of Delivery Hero Group, following the July 2024 merger of food delivery businesses including foodora, Yemeksepeti, and foodpanda across Europe and Asia. Together, these businesses now form the second-largest organization in the Delivery Hero Group, operating in 17 markets across both regions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify learning needs and capability gaps through thorough assessments across teams, job levels, and departments, then work with managers and leaders to turn business priorities into practical development solutions.
- Build, design, and refresh learning programs using formats such as e-learning, classroom-style sessions, workshops, blended learning, on-the-job learning, coaching, and mentoring.
- Develop learning assets including presentations, training guides, job aids, online learning content, and assessment tools that are accurate, clear, and aligned with the intended outcomes.
- Run engaging training sessions in both face-to-face and virtual settings while creating a positive and effective learner experience.
- Maintain and use learning platforms so content stays well-organized, easy to access, current, and trackable for attendance, progress, and reporting.
- Assess external vendors when needed and manage those partnerships to ensure learning solutions are effective, high quality, and cost-conscious.
- Set up and apply evaluation methods to measure learning impact on both individual and organizational performance, then use the findings to improve future programs.
- Work closely with HR business partners, managers, and subject matter experts to align learning efforts with business goals and communicate them effectively.
- Stay informed on evolving learning and development practices, tools, and trends, and look for ways to improve speed, quality, and value delivery.
- Support a workplace culture that encourages continuous learning and active participation in development opportunities.
Requirements
- Prior experience in learning and development, with a solid history of creating, delivering, and improving successful training programs.
- Hands-on experience with needs analysis, data review, and linking learning interventions to business objectives.
- Good understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design approaches such as ADDIE and SAM.
- Strong presentation and facilitation ability, with the confidence to engage both learners and stakeholders.
- Well-developed project management and planning skills, with the ability to handle several workstreams at once and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to produce concise and engaging material.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Native-level or near-native English proficiency, plus strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Nice-to-have experience with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Additional value will be given to candidates with multimedia production abilities, including graphic design, video editing, or video production.
- Fluency in German, Turkish, or Mandarin is an advantage.
- Experience contributing to or supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives is a plus.
