About the Role

We are seeking a highly efficient and fast short-form video editor to join our team immediately. This is a high-volume position focused on creating engaging content. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, high-retention short videos, aiming to produce 10 shorts daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Pacing: Skillfully remove all non-essential pauses, breaths, and dead air to maintain a rapid and captivating video flow.
• Text and Captions: Integrate clean, dynamic on-screen text and captions that enhance viewer engagement.
• Overlays: Incorporate relevant picture overlays strategically to underscore critical points within the video content.

Requirements & Compensation

• Volume: A strict requirement to deliver 10 fully edited shorts each day.
• Rate: Compensation is set at $1 per completed short, totaling $10 per day.
• Software Proficiency: Must demonstrate advanced skills and proficiency in using CapCut for video editing.
