Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team in Chennai. This role is crucial for managing service requests, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain project timelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate record-keeping and reporting to support our operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of service requests, from initiation to successful resolution.
- Guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.
- Work closely with various internal departments to effectively manage ongoing projects.
- Maintain meticulous records and generate comprehensive reports on service activities.
