Role overview

In this senior project leadership position, you will oversee multiple civil engineering projects and make sure they are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will keep an eye on budgets, schedules, and quality standards, while working closely with both the internal team and the client to keep the work moving smoothly.

Key duties

Profile

You are a strong fit if you hold a completed HBO-level degree in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent qualification. The role calls for around 3 to 5 years of experience as a project leader. You should be familiar with relevant software packages such as management systems, AutoCAD, Ibis, and Microsoft Project.

We are looking for someone who communicates confidently, keeps pushing forward, and is eager to grow into a business leadership role. A hardworking attitude and a healthy sense of humor are also valued, as you will be a valuable and upbeat presence within the team.
