Role overview

We are looking for a Scheduler to join the Telecommunications and network services team, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager and supporting telco projects across Perth. This is a fast-moving, high-volume position with important delivery outcomes, so it will suit someone who performs well in a busy environment.

This is a permanent full-time role based in High Wycombe, Western Australia, with working days from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate work tickets for construction partners in line with service delivery expectations.
  • Build and maintain detailed level 5 schedules and short-term plans to allocate labour and material resources according to the overall execution plan.
  • Share prompt progress updates with project planners and work closely with construction partners to stay aligned with target schedules.
  • Support accurate and timely reporting on planning and scheduling outputs for managers.
  • Collect, analyse, and present service delivery information to clients and project management, including performance trends and gaps.

What you will bring

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • Experience in workforce planning or scheduling on a major project or within a large organisation.
  • Telecommunications industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Intermediate capability in Excel and Word, with exposure to MS Access, Visio, and MS Project being an advantage.
  • Practical knowledge of a workforce management system.
  • Strong time management skills, along with the ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
