About the Team
You will be part of the Splunk Sales Strategy, Planning & Operations (SSPO) team, which plays a central role in improving operational performance across the ANZ and Asia regions. The group uses analytics and structured operating processes to help sales leaders and partner account teams grow at scale, improve profitability, and create better customer outcomes in a fast-moving, cross-functional setting.
Role Impact
In this position, you will function as an operational driver for the ANZ and Asia businesses. Your contribution will directly support stronger sales productivity, accurate financial outcomes, and sustainable growth.
What You Will Do
- Manage key parts of the sales lifecycle from start to finish, including forecast preparation, deal review and validation, and tracking attainment so that operations run smoothly across multiple teams and partner pods.
- Create and maintain forecasting models, pipeline reporting tools, and performance dashboards while also analyzing trends and variances to uncover the reasons behind performance gaps and turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Maintain the quality of CRM data and sales systems, support automation initiatives to strengthen data cleanliness and scalability, and simplify the quote-to-cash process so deals can move quickly and accurately.
- Support and lead high-priority projects that strengthen operational readiness, improve efficiency, and help ensure business continuity and growth.
Minimum Qualifications
You should have either a bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience, or a master’s degree plus 3 years of experience, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-changing environment, ideally within sales operations. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, along with CRM and sales systems, is required.
