Overview

This role is for a seasoned sales leader who can drive growth in the professional training and certification sector. The person in this position will be expected to design effective sales plans, manage the sales pipeline, and consistently deliver targets by understanding market dynamics and customer needs.

Work Location and Schedule

The position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and follows a full-time on-site working model.

Required Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should bring at least 5 years of sales experience, along with prior exposure to training services or professional certification offerings. A strong grasp of how to sell training programs to both individuals and organizations is essential.

The role also calls for the ability to create a structured sales plan and turn that strategy into measurable results. Strong negotiation skills, closing ability, client relationship management, and the capacity to analyze the market and identify promising sales opportunities are all important. The candidate should also be able to nurture leads and convert prospects into confirmed registrations.

Key Responsibilities

The selected manager will plan and execute sales strategies for training programs and certification products, work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets, and expand the business by developing new sales channels and attracting new clients.

They will also follow up on prospects through to final enrollment and provide regular updates on performance, opportunities, and challenges.
