What you will do
- Prospect outbound and research potential opportunities to create qualified leads in the AI and blockchain market.
- Run discovery conversations with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and technology requirements.
- Keep the sales funnel active and well-organised using CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
- Work with senior sales colleagues to shape persuasive value propositions for blockchain-based solutions.
- Track market developments in AI and blockchain to uncover new segments and business prospects.
- Take part in industry events and webinars to expand your network and generate quality leads.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales and can show tangible results. You should be comfortable communicating with prospects, building relationships, and working in a target-led environment. A genuine curiosity about AI and blockchain is important, along with the ability to stay resilient when facing rejection. Experience with lead qualification, pipeline development, CRM tools, and sales prospecting software is expected.
Skills and experience
You will need strong presentation and communication ability, confidence in relationship building, and practical experience in business development. Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, sales prospecting tools, and territory management will help you succeed. The package includes a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 plus an attractive commission structure.
