Role overview
Settify is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help more people and law firms connect through its AI-assisted legal intake technology. In this role, you will focus on creating interest in Settify across the existing LEAP Legal Software customer base and helping more Australian firms adopt the product quickly.
This position is based in Sydney with a hybrid arrangement of two days in the office. It is designed for someone who wants to accelerate their sales career in a fast-moving scale-up environment, working with a warm pipeline, a short sales cycle, and uncapped commission potential.

What you will do
Your primary responsibility at the start will be to increase adoption of Settify within the LEAP Legal Software customer base. You will contact a warm list of Australian law firms, demonstrate how Settify adds value as a free enhancement to their current package, and help convert interest into activation as quickly as possible.
- Reach out at scale to a managed portfolio of law firms and drive fast, efficient activations.
- Take ownership of monthly activation goals and deliver against them consistently.
- Build trust quickly with practice managers, principals, and fee earners, and move conversations from first contact to onboarding with minimal steps.
- Keep the Salesforce pipeline accurate, current, and clearly organized.
- Work closely with Customer Success so that newly activated firms start well and remain engaged.
- Share insights from customer conversations with the product and marketing teams so they can better understand market needs.
Within the first year, the expectation is that this role will grow into a full-cycle sales position, including expansion beyond the LEAP ecosystem.
What you should bring
You should already have some experience in sales, account management, or business development within a SaaS environment and be comfortable operating in a performance-driven setting.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or business development in SaaS.
- A proven history of meeting or exceeding targets in a metric-focused role.
- Strong organizational ability and confidence managing a large portfolio.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system, with a disciplined approach to data hygiene.
