Role overview
Repco is looking for an experienced Retail Coordinator to join its Matamata store in a hands-on, customer-focused position. This role combines front-of-house service with responsibility for merchandising, product placement, and store presentation. It is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, keeping a store looking sharp, and contributing creative ideas to in-store displays and promotions.
Working hours
- Sunday: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Monday: 8:-- am to 5:30 pm
- Tuesday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Wednesday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Total hours: 30 per week
What the role involves
In this position, you will help shape how products are displayed in store, support ongoing promotions, and keep the branch tidy, well stocked, and visually appealing. You will also spend time assisting customers on the shop floor, offering accurate advice and helping deliver a strong customer experience.
- Support product placement, merchandising, and promotion setup
- Maintain planogram compliance and branch merchandising standards
- Keep the store presentation at a consistently high level
- Help manage stock levels and ensure shelves remain well stocked
- Provide friendly, accurate, and helpful customer service
- Work safely and follow practices that help protect the team and customers
- Be prepared for physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing
