Tim Hortons UK & Ireland Ltd. is hiring friendly and energetic Restaurant Team Members for its Coleraine site in Northern Ireland. This is a permanent opportunity in a busy, fast-moving restaurant environment where you will help deliver a warm, customer-first experience shaped by Canadian hospitality.

What you will do

As a Restaurant Team Member, you will help create excellent guest experiences from the moment customers arrive through to service completion. Depending on your station, you may be welcoming guests, serving food and drinks, or helping prepare the bakery items and products customers enjoy most.

  • Provide quick, accurate, and courteous service.
  • Handle straightforward customer questions and escalate more complex issues to the manager.

  • Work to restaurant and station standards as directed by the shift manager.
  • Stay mindful of restaurant goals and targets so your work supports performance outcomes.

  • Report accidents, injuries, illnesses, and near misses promptly.
  • Follow all instructions correctly, including the use of PPE when required.
