- Support efforts to increase buyer engagement both locally and overseas.
- Work toward SLA and KPI targets, including timely registration cancellations and refund processing.
- Contribute to goals such as reducing days to sale and improving overall asset return.
- Coordinate with operations and transport teams on vehicle moves, inspections, and auction readiness.
- Spot and escalate any issues that could slow down asset processing.
- Take part in process improvements that make the team more efficient.
- Provide clear and prompt updates to sellers and buyers on asset status, auction steps, and post-sale actions.
- Assist with customer questions and auction-related concerns, escalating complex matters when needed.
- Ensure customer processes, including the Personal Effects Process, are completed within agreed SLAs.
- Keep internal records current so they accurately reflect asset status and team activity.
- Help prepare performance information and reports for the Remarketing Team Leader.
- Follow internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience in administration, operations, or customer service; background in remarketing, auctions, or automotive work is advantageous.
- Comfort with data entry and with using operational systems or CRMs.
- Basic knowledge of asset management or auction workflows is preferred, though not essential.
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with careful attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to prioritise effectively.
