Company Overview
Nabina Aluminium & Glass Factory, established in 1992, is a major glass and mirror producer and installer in Qatar. The business provides end-to-end glass solutions for projects ranging from basic to premium, supporting both private and public-sector clients. It is recognized for ongoing product and process innovation, high-quality workmanship, and customized artistic designs that suit different preferences. The company also offers competitive pricing, dependable supply-and-apply execution, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Its project portfolio spans residential, commercial, and institutional work.
Role Summary
This Doha-based, on-site Project Manager position is focused on delivering aluminium and glass projects from start to finish. The role calls for ownership of planning, scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and delivery across internal teams, vendors, and clients. The selected professional will monitor material flow and deliveries, oversee installation work, and make sure all technical, quality, and safety expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will organize project execution, maintain timelines, and manage project-related documentation and reporting. The position also requires preparing progress updates and inspection plans, resolving on-site issues quickly, and tracking risks before they affect delivery. Close coordination with design, production, logistics, and commercial teams is essential to keep projects aligned with scope, schedule, and client requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should bring hands-on project delivery experience in construction, façade, aluminium, or glass work. Experience in expediting and supplier/subcontractor coordination is important, along with exposure to inspection and quality control activities. The role also needs strong logistics coordination skills, the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts, and solid organizational and problem-solving ability. Communication and stakeholder management skills are expected, as well as familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and the MS Office suite. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred, although comparable practical experience may also be considered. Prior experience in Qatar or the GCC construction market is an advantage, and knowledge of local regulations and standards is helpful.
