Gulf Associates is hiring a Project Management Intern to help coordinate active advisory work. Key responsibilities

• Keep project timelines current and make sure every milestone for the Munich-based industrial engagement is recorded and shared with the wider team.
• Coordinate internal communication between senior partners and research colleagues so that all workstreams remain synchronized.
• Help prepare progress updates that emphasize facts, commercial reasoning, and real movement on the project.
• Monitor discussions and dealings with counterparties, maintaining a thorough record of negotiation progress.
• Support the research function by aligning information-gathering tasks with client deadlines.
• Administer digital document systems so files are well organized, accurately tagged, and easy for remote team members to access.
• Arrange review meetings and partner check-ins to ensure outputs are refined before being sent to the client.
• Capture action points from team meetings and ensure next steps are assigned and tracked clearly.
