Role overview

This position supports the delivery of strong customer service for Liberty Business clients and prospects while working across teams inside the organization.

What you'll do

You will help keep service delivery on track by connecting internal teams and making sure customer commitments are met. The role supports customer satisfaction, retention, and business continuity through clear, timely coordination.

  • Use the established Clean Order Process to manage orders and queries so they are completed within service level targets, giving clear guidance and escalating issues when needed.
  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned service activities and own each item through to implementation.
  • Coordinate implementation teams so deliverables, timelines, and budget commitments are achieved.
  • Make sure agreed milestones are delivered on time, especially Ready for Service dates that define customer delivery expectations.
  • Monitor every part of the work order against scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
  • Work with and escalate to the relevant FLOW teams when necessary to support successful completion of the work order.
  • Run agreed testing and acceptance steps and secure completion sign-off from internal or external customers.
  • Ensure all work-order documentation is properly saved in both online and offline formats, where required.
  • Oversee the output of system integrator partners and third-party contractors.
  • Coordinate customer internal teams and external contractors so work-order requirements are delivered, while also supporting Sales, raising orders, and following through to deadlines.
  • Provide progress updates to key stakeholders during implementation within the required timeframes.
  • Prepare job-order requirements so work is completed on time and in line with SLA expectations.
  • Update and submit order logs to the customer and account team, and report on order management activity.
  • Send required documentation to the customer presales support team.

What you'll need
