Role purpose

This position is focused on driving sales across the bank’s cash management product suite for clients in the assigned geography and across key business verticals. The role is expected to deliver the agreed revenue goals, including liability and fee income, support throughput growth, and bring in new-to-bank customers with an emphasis on increasing transaction banking revenues.

In addition, the role involves servicing client needs related to CMS and capital markets by working closely with operations and product teams, identifying process enhancements, and contributing ideas for new product development. The objective is to improve cross-sell, expand wallet share, and maintain strong service quality and customer satisfaction scores.

Key responsibilities and KPIs
