About the role
This part-time Processing Officer position is based at NZ Post’s Auckland Central Super Depot on Roma Road. The role supports parcel and freight movement by sorting, consolidating, and preparing items for courier delivery. It is a hands-on, physically active position within a collaborative team environment focused on helping deliver services across New Zealand.
Shift options
- Tuesday to Saturday, 02:00-07:30, totaling 25 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 15:30-21:00, totaling 25 hours per week
- Sunday only, 11:30am-20:00, totaling 8 hours
- Sunday only, 16:00-20:00, totaling 4 hours
Multiple shift options are available. The hourly rate is $26.75, with a night shift allowance applicable between 8:00pm and 6:00am.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll help keep the parcel network moving by handling sorting, consolidation, and dispatch tasks at the Auckland Central Super Depot. The role plays an important part in ensuring freight is prepared accurately and on time for courier collection and delivery.
