About the Role

Great Little Box Company is looking for a Press Feeder to join the team at its Mitchell Island site. This position supports the printing operation by helping keep materials moving efficiently and maintaining steady production flow. The role is based at 11300 Twigg Place and is scheduled on an afternoon shift.

Schedule

• Monday to Thursday, 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM
• This schedule provides a three-day weekend

Compensation

The expected hiring range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00 per hour.

Core Responsibilities

• Load materials into the feeder in an organized and efficient way to keep production running smoothly.
• Adjust feeder components and related equipment according to paper size and job requirements.
• Support equipment setup as needed.
• Help retrieve, hang, recycle, and store plates.
• Identify and help resolve quality issues and press-related problems.
• Work in line with department procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or printing.
• Working knowledge of presswork processes and materials.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow written job-ticket instructions.
• Ability to operate hand carts, pallet jacks, and feeder equipment.
• Comfort with entering information into a computer system.
• Strong attention to efficiency and a mindset suited to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
