  • Support adoption by matching ComboCurve capabilities to changing business needs and operating objectives.
  • Handle customer questions through the established support workflow and work toward prompt resolution.
  • Represent customer needs internally by sharing actionable feedback with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams.
  • Travel occasionally for customer meetings, on-site visits, and trade shows.

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in reservoir engineering.
  • Working knowledge of reservoir engineering workflows such as A&D evaluations, PDP forecasting, upside forecasting, and economic analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with ARIES, PHDWin, or comparable reservoir engineering and economic modeling tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, team-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a structured, process-oriented approach to solving problems.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical ideas to varied audiences.
