Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including all reporting and certification-related duties.
• Support employees with questions related to HR matters and payroll.
• Prepare employment contracts, certificates, and other personnel documents.
• Maintain and update employee master data and digital personnel files.
• Contribute to HR initiatives and help improve internal workflows.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training along with practical experience in payroll or compensation accounting.
• Solid knowledge of wage tax and social insurance regulations.
• Experience with DATEV or similar payroll software is desirable.
• Well-organized, independent, and dependable working style.
• Strong service mindset, team spirit, and communication skills.
