Payroll Specialist – EMEA

Role Overview

Andor Tech is looking for a Payroll Specialist focused on EMEA payroll operations. This position suits a payroll expert with deep experience handling multi-country payroll activities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in a global business setting.

Location & Work Setup

The role is based in Bangalore with a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates located outside Bangalore may work remotely.

Experience Required

A minimum of 5 years of relevant payroll experience is needed for this opportunity.

What the Role Involves

The position centers on running payroll processes end to end for multiple EMEA countries, ensuring statutory and tax compliance, and managing payroll controls in a high-volume environment.

Core Skills and Knowledge

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with payroll reconciliations, data validations, and reporting. Experience with Workday or similar HCM systems is important, along with strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Additional Exposure That Would Help

Prior experience with countries such as the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Italy, Austria, Mexico, or Brazil would be an added advantage. Familiarity with ServiceNow, EY platforms, Streamline, RSU or stock option processing, or expatriate payrolls would also be beneficial.
