About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator Specialist to manage the daily operations of patient referrals and facilitate their onboarding into the RxDiet service. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate patient data entry into our system, resolving referral discrepancies, liaising with referral navigators, and guaranteeing a superior initial experience for all RxDiet patients. This is a significant opportunity to contribute to a growing team by enhancing patient experience, maintaining data integrity, and fostering strong internal and external communication.
This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States. Candidates must reside within the US. Sponsorship is not available for this role at this time.
