Role overview
An established and expanding property painting business is seeking a capable Painter and Decorator to work from the Exeter area. The role is focused on carrying out internal and external decoration work at customer homes, mainly within housing and domestic settings.
What you’ll do
- Carry out a full range of internal and external decorating tasks in occupied and unoccupied housing properties.
- Work safely and carefully at all times, keeping health and safety a top priority for yourself, the team, and customers.
- Operate in a home-based environment and communicate well with residents as well as colleagues.
Pay and benefits
- Base salary of £32,103.00 for a 39-hour working week.
- Potential earnings of up to £36,159.00 including bonus, travel, and fare allowance.

Qualifications and experience
- Ideally qualified to NVQ Level 2, or equivalent, in a relevant trade.
- Previous experience in domestic, social housing, or a similar environment is preferred but not essential.
- A full driving licence and permission to drive in the UK are required.
