Order Operations Specialist (Contract)

Role overview

Tesla is looking for an experienced operations professional to join its Order Operations team in Singapore. The team oversees critical vehicle sales and delivery workflows, from deposit handling through to revenue recognition, and also manages the vehicle registration journey. In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to help the team deliver strong internal support and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Service teams to improve workflows, lower error rates, and make operations more efficient.
• Help roll out new sales programs and business models by ensuring the supporting back-end processes are properly designed and aligned.
• Own the vehicle registration workflow for both customer-owned and internal vehicles, including number plate coordination, fee calculations, document preparation, and payment matching.
• Support Certificate of Entitlement (COE) bidding preparation by checking that customer documents match the application and are ready for submission.
• Keep records accurate and compliant with Singapore vehicle trading regulations, and make sure forms are produced correctly and on time.
• Track the results of new operational initiatives and share regular progress and outcome updates.
• Create and maintain internal process guides so teams can work consistently and customer-facing staff have clear references.
• Contribute to regional and global initiatives when needed, adding local knowledge and operational support.
• Handle other tasks assigned by the line manager to help the team meet its goals.

What we're looking for

• Background in order operations, logistics, or another coordination-heavy role.
• Self-driven and proactive approach, with solid time management and careful attention to detail.
• Comfort using CRM platforms and other digital tools to simplify sales or operations work.
• Strong people skills and the ability to work well with colleagues across functions.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Good command of English, plus fluency in the local language.

Additional information

This is a contract role based onsite in Toa Payoh, Central Singapore Community Development Council, Singapore.

The position involves work connected to vehicle sales, delivery, registration, document control, and regulatory compliance. Experience with backend operational coordination and structured process management will be especially useful.
