Enersul L.P. is hiring a safety-focused Operator for its facility near Fox Creek, Alberta. Work Location and Schedule

This position is based near Fox Creek, AB. The shift pattern follows a 7-days-on / 7-days-off rotation with 12-hour shifts that alternate between days and nights.

Key Responsibilities

• Use plant equipment in a safe, productive, and efficient manner while supporting output and product quality, with close attention to time management, work quality, and site housekeeping.
• Operate equipment confidently and understand the various parts of plant operations.
• Regularly review safe work methods and ensure safe practices are being followed by both the operator and the broader team.
• Work in line with company policies, standard procedures, and competency-based training requirements.
• Prepare and submit all paperwork tied to day-to-day duties in a complete and timely way.

Qualifications

• A minimum of Grade 12 education or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Good interpersonal abilities and clear communication skills are important.
• A valid Class 5 driver’s licence is required.
• ABSA 4th Class Power Engineering Trade Certification will be viewed as an advantage.
• Experience operating heavy equipment is considered beneficial.
• Safety certifications such as H2S Alive, First Aid, and WHMIS are considered assets.
• Prior railcar handling experience is also an asset.
